Pups By Emilyjoy, your satisfaction and the well-being of our puppies are our top priorities. We take great pride in raising healthy, happy, and well-socialized puppies. While we strive to ensure a perfect match between you and your new furry family member, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. For this reason, we have established a clear refund and return policy.

Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.


📝 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • The puppy develops a serious hereditary illness (diagnosed by a licensed vet) within 14 days of purchase.

  • The puppy is found to be unfit for sale due to a health issue verified by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery.

  • The buyer has made full payment and complied with all the purchase and care agreements.


🔟 Refund Process – Step-by-Step Procedure

  1. Contact Us Promptly

    Notify us in writing within 72 hours of receiving the puppy if there is a concern regarding health or eligibility for a refund.

  2. Veterinary Examination

    Schedule a check-up with a licensed veterinarian and obtain a written diagnosis/report detailing the issue.

  3. Submit Documentation

    Email all supporting documents (vet reports, images, receipts) to our official email: info@pupsbyemilyjoy.com

  4. Initial Review

    We will review the submitted documents within 3–5 business days and may contact your veterinarian for verification.

  5. Return Agreement

    If approved, a formal return/refund agreement will be sent to you for acknowledgment.

  6. Return the Puppy (if required)

    In some cases, the puppy must be returned to us in good condition (unless medically compromised). Transport is at the buyer’s expense.

  7. Refund Approval

    Once we receive the puppy and verify the agreement terms are met, we’ll process the refund.

  8. Processing Time

    Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  9. Partial Refunds or Replacements

    In cases where a full refund isn’t applicable, a partial refund or replacement puppy may be offered.

  10. Final Decision

    Pups By Emilyjoyreserves the right to make the final decision regarding any refund or replacement requests.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • No refunds will be given for changes of mind, allergies, or failure to comply with care instructions.

  • Puppies must not have been abused, neglected, or exposed to other animals before the vet check.

  • All deposits are non-refundable, unless the puppy becomes unavailable due to our own circumstances.
